LFM Pelletiser Moisture Analyser - for Pelletising
The LFM Pelletiser is designed for pelletising applications where very high accuracies are required. It is at its best when the feed is homogenous and is delivered at a steady feed rate. In applications such as this the LFM Pelletiser has achieved accuracies of +/- 0.1% (one standard deviation):
- Very high accuracy moisture control through on-line measurement. This allows for precise addition of water to the pelletising line prior to pelletising.
- To achieve high accuracy very high standards of moisture sampling are required. Intalysis can assist in designing the appropriate sampling plan
The LFM Pelletiser 50 is available in two models:
- LFM Pelletiser 50 is the standard unit
- LFM Pelletiser 50 W is the wide belt unit which has about 10% greater capacity in terms of bed depth when fitted on conveyors where the feed width is greater than 90cm
